Make Lessons work for you!
Instructor information
In Settings, set your contact information so that it populates in your invoice. This keeps your invoice looking professional! From Backup options, choose to send yourself a CSV copy and BCC yourself each invoice.
Keep track
After recording your lessons, check out your invoice screen (organized by month) to see a list of all your client invoices. Tap on a client’s invoice to view its details.
Send invoices
When you are ready to send an invoice, verify all the information and add any unpaid invoices. Tap ‘Send invoice’ to view the email going to your client.
Do more of what you love.
Once payment is received, mark the invoice as paid by tapping for options. Proceed to do more of what you love.

How do I do this?
I added a lesson incorrectly, how do I fix it?
Under the invoices, tap on the lesson to view and make and changes. Tap and hold for the option to delete the lesson.
Some of my clients want a printed invoice. Can I do that?
Yes! Choose to email yourself a copy of the invoice and print it from your phone or computer. Print button coming soon!

I have multiple months of invoices to send to one client, can I send them all at once?
Yes! Under the most recent invoice, choose "Tap here for more options" and choose, "Add unpaid invoices". Lessons will create one comprehensive invoice for you.
The people behind Lessons
Tom and Krista
Tom Redman, an iOS Developer, and Krista Ricciatti, a Marketing and Communications Professional, combined powers to create Lessons. After many coffees, designs and lots of testing, Lessons 1.0 was released this March.
Motivation
As a professional skating coach, Krista was finding herself spending more time invoicing and emailing clients than she was actually teaching them how to skate - not fun! Tom built Lessons 1.0 to help Krista spend her time more efficiently. He then used it to invoice her for the time he spent building Lessons.
